Coal Barge Stuck On Ohio River Finally Moved
The Army Corps of Engineers in Pittsburgh oversaw the removal of a nearly 2,000-ton coal barge that had been lodged against the Emsworth Lock and Dam since it broke away and floated down the Ohio River last week.
